Christopher P. Leon, Esq.

Currently Mr. Leon is an active member of the California Bar and focuses on Trusts and Estates Planning, Tax Law, and Civil Litigation.   His focus includes Federal estate and gift tax planning, estate planning, trusts, wills, powers of attorney, trust administration, and probate.

Mr. Leon is a relentless advocate who can explain the complexities of estate and tax planning in practical terms to allow clients the ability to comfortably plan their future. 

Mr. Leon was born and raised in the beautiful San Fernando Valley. He attended Notre Dame High School and lettered in Varsity Football and Track.  Upon graduating Cum Lade at Notre Dame he attended The Ohio State University and was a member of the Football team.  In 2004 he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Economics from the Fischer College of Business.  Then Mr. Leon attended The Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University and Graduated with a Juris Doctor in 2007. 

Mr. Leon worked for several law firms and in 2009 started his own specialty finance companies U.S. Settlement Funding and Aspire Fund.  Both businesses combined were able to purchase purchased structured settlements, lottery annuities, and future BP Oil Settlements payments that aggregated to over $71,000,000.00 worth of future payments. 

Mr. Leon has also worked with other law firms in litigation department.  During his free time, he enjoys volunteering as a coach for local youth football organizations in the Conejo Valley.  This past season he was the Head Coach a youth tackle football team.
